Last year towards the end of the year I stumbled upon "A year in the life of an art journal" blog. I waited and waited for the new year to start so I could finally really get serious about doing an art journal. So far so good. I have even done a couple of my own pages between prompts. I am really enjoying myself. Now all I think about is my art journal. Which isn't good for the things on my to do list. I will post some pictures soon of what I have so far.(some pictures posted above)
So let me give you some information on the above mentioned blog. It works like this twice a month a art journal prompt is posted and the page that the host made is posted also. The host also posts why they selected that prompt and an technique to try if you want. Anything goes after that. So the prompts we have had so far are:

P.S. I haven't shared my blog with anyone which is kinda cool. It's like a little secret, my place to blab my chops with no response. Almost like talking to yourself:)
